Short and Sweet Tips to Living a Good Life
I’m sharing some very simple but powerful ideas that help us to live a better life. Even though they are small and simple, as you ponder on each one, you’ll see it expand.
Practice gratitude for all things.
Live as simply as possible.
Lift your environment to a high frequency.
Mindful breathing, no special technique, just pay attention with the breath.
Make sure you get a good night’s sleep.
Keep well with nutrition and exercise.
Spend time in nature.
Protect yourself from unwanted energies.
Consciously ground yourself to release negative energies.
Allow yourself to change your mind or direction.
Always stand for what you believe in. If you are not sure what that is, figure it out.
Know what your own energy feels like. That way you will always know when another energy tries to influence you.
