Developing Mediumship takes a strong and strict constitution. There can be many short cuts, but I advise against that. If you are going to do it, then do it fully. Let me be your guide on this journey!

I know, you just want to be a medium. I get it! But truly, you won’t be any good at your desire unless you work the prep. Much of this that I am sharing is what I introduced in my (year-long) Professional Psychic Medium Certification Program I taught for several years. Even though the students were already knowledgeable with psychic and medium usage and were working with clients, I needed them to all be on the same page.

It was important to me that I was sure they understood themselves. So, I provided lessons and exercises for them to think about and explore. These things were discussed in class, and they were open to knowing who they were (and making adjustments as needed). Lesson

To accept your Inner Being [or Spirit Being], and a willingness to receive that greater, broader perspective, is essential to living a joyful, growth-filled physical experience that you have come here to live.

Without the broader perspective from the inner dimension there is tremendous limitation experienced upon the earth. There are constant limits to what you can accomplish when you are depending upon ‘doing’ or ‘action’ only.

Most of you, in your hurry to ‘do’, are very busy. There is a sort of frenzy to ‘do’, but, sadly, not much is done with joy. Some are deliberately ‘sacrificing’ joy for the sake of growth, or reward. Others actually want to have joy, or want to enjoy, but just can’t seem to hold onto it for more than a moment here and there.

The intent to assist you in understanding who you are and why you are here in this physical body, from your broadest perspective --- and to assist you in recognizing and utilizing the processes and laws through which you may find joy, now. Not the fleeting, future of joy, but a tangible, ever present, constant, continuing, blissful growing experience.

Here are a few misconceptions:

“I make things happen through effort and strain.”
“Pain and hard work are the ingredients of the greatest accomplishments.”
“The more time I spend pitting my body against the struggle, the more effective or triumphant I will be.”
“Physical action is what makes things happen…”

Physical humans seek to understand the connection between the physical you and the inner you. It is the missing link, and it is the key to you living the spectacular and productive life you envisioned before your birth.

By insisting on physical evidence to support what you accept as real, you miss the greater part of your experience. And limit yourself to what you can do and explain through the moving of physical matter about.

Exercise

Think about all the things you have done today that required effort and ‘doing’. How many of them were done without joy? Create a list of meaningless tasks you do on a regular basis that really do not serve you.

Resolve to either eliminate one at a time, replacing it with a joy-filled event or change it in such a way as to make that task meaningful.

Affirmation

Today, no matter where I go, no matter what I do, no matter who I interact with, it is my most sincere intent to look for all that makes me feel good.

Meditation

Sit quietly. Be totally aware that you are thinking. Be very conscious of your thoughts. Know what it is like it initiate a single thought.

The next time you sit, you will be more aware of what to do so that you do not think.

Q/ Losing a loved one is so very hard. Why do I still feel like my insides have been torn out?

A/ I am so very sorry for your loss. Not only is there emotional pain, but also energetic pain, coming from and around the aura of your body. The main areas that are affected are the heart and solar plexus chakras. The emotional pain will dissipate to some extent over time, but the energy pain really feels like the insides have been pulled out. Some express it as a punch in the stomach. As time goes on, it will lesson but never go away. The grief of losing someone becomes part of who you are.
