How to Prevent Psychic Attacks - and Be Prepared
Know the difference between a true psychic attack and negative psychic energy.
This is a very extensive article. When sharing information about psychic protection and attacks, I always explain what it is first, how to protect yourself ahead of time and then discuss how to know and what to do if there has been a psychic attack.

Prepare and Protect Yourself from Outside Energy Forces
UNDERSTANDING YOUR ENERGY
Opening to psychic abilities may leave you vulnerable to low-level spirits, entities and energies. Learn to protect yourself properly so you can still connect with your guides and be effective with your psychic abilities. Being aware is being empowered. There are physical ways to protect yourself, as well as energy techniques.
Fear – by taking a quick breath and holding it closes you from your power, weakens you, disconnects you from your source, the prana or chi.
Try this Breathing Exercise: inhale through the nose, counting to three (3). Exhale out of the mouth, loudly, counting the six (6). Repeat.
Physical movements go along with the inhale: knees bent then straighten to ridged position, arms and hands pulling into the heart-center.
Exhale: relax knees and bend slightly, allowing arms and hands to gently push energy away from the heart area.
Use Grounding Intention, “Learn to Ground Yourself in Harmony for Psychic Development”
Give me beauty in the inward soul; may the outward and the inward man be at one. ~Socrates.
There is a state of consciousness that allows your life to flow through you. It is a way of bringing yourself into harmony. Harmony blends body, mind and spirit.
We do it naturally as a baby or young child: movement is purposeful, thinking is blended with movement, and your spirit is still in control. The small child is totally connected to the body/mind/spirit and acts within its life as a total unit. As we grow, the things we learn about the world changes how we move in life. Soon, we are disconnected from the spirit aspect of self, and more aware of the physical body.
Being grounded in who you are is what many metaphysical people are talking about when they say, “You have to ground yourself.” It is mistaken very often to mean just connecting with the earth or ground. But in reality, being grounded means to be fully in harmony with your three-fold self.
Being grounded, or in-harmony, is one of the things first taught when learning to be more intuitive or psychic and is something I always teach in development classes. It allows you to commune with other energies without losing the connection with Self.
When connecting with psychic energy, it is imperative for you to know who you are and where you are going. If not careful, you can allow the energy you are working with to take control of you and your life – you lose control of yourself.
The more you are attuned to your whole Self, the more it becomes a lifestyle. You are able to relate to people and things outside yourself in a manner that honors them. In reality, all is One, so by honoring the people and things outside yourself, you are ultimately honoring yourself. You begin to have an awareness of compassion. You see everyone as yourself.
This creates the perfect scenario for psychic development. As you become more aware of yourself being connected to and a part of everything else, then you can connect on a psychic level easier. The two things: you and everything else are the same. So, the connection is instant.
Now you have a good working relationship with yourself and can connect easier with psychic energies. Work with the exercise, meditation and affirmation below to assist you in your endeavors.
Try this exercise: While preparing food for a meal, recognize how it will assimilate into your body. Cleansing the dishes and utensils is honoring the food that comes into your body. All things in and around you, become one with your energy field. You literally become these things. Feel the harmony between you and the energy of your food.
Meditation: Sit still for a few minutes. Take at least one deep, clearing breath. Look around you. See the items around you, perhaps for the first time. Yes, they have always been there, but now you are able to really see them as they are. This is your world; with the things you have chosen to co-exist. Honor each of these things. In the honoring they will be a blessing to you.
Listen to your world. What sounds are in your space? Close your eyes, so you can hear them better. Know that you are at one with those sounds and yourself.
Affirmation: I now truly want to know who I am within the collective universe. How I move and interact with others is the way I move and interact with myself. I unite myself with Creator-Source, and that Source merges with me.
HOW TO AVOID – BE PREPARED AHEAD OF TIME
Raise the vibration of everything around you. It puts you in a safe, spiritual atmosphere on a regular basis. Don’t have anything around you that you consider junk or trash, or that does not positively affect you. Clear your space, physically. If you are used to having trash around you, then you get used to it being there. You may ignore it, and this lets your guard down. Other lower energy can slip in when you are not paying attention.
Learn tai chi, qi gong or other martial arts techniques. This fortifies your energy field and strengthens you in all ways.
Physically open up and close off to energy.
Open to energy – feet together, arms extended above your head with hands facing up (making a “Y”) actually makes an antenna for reception.
Close to energy – feet separated even with shoulder width which grounds and stabilizes you, arms lowered with hands to thigh/hip level facing down.
Create a Sacred Meditation Place. Here are a few things that will help:
White light or pink bubble of love as a shell around you
Send light and love ahead of you wherever you go.
Be aware of your energy field. Experiment being around other people and feel how their energies are different from yours.
Amulet or stones: program them for your protection
Your angels are there to go before you and put up protective grids, but you must ask them to help you. They don’t do anything without your request.
Balance and clear your chakras to help "clear your channel" for messages - a guided meditation through visualization.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU ENCOUNTER NEGATIVE ENERGIES
If you have contact with someone who has overwhelming influence, imagine that you both are separated by a sheet of plate-glass. You can see them and hear them, but their magnetism cannot reach you. Visualize this sheet of glass until it appears to you as a physical object. If you must associate with someone who distresses you but are not actually talking to or interacting with them, imagine that they are separated from you by a brick wall, and say to yourself, “You just aren’t there. I can’t see you, or hear you, and you simply don’t exist.”
Make your body a closed circuit by closing off all terminals. When you must deal with a person who saps your vitality, interlace your fingers, and lay your folded hands over your solar plexus, keeping your elbows pressed against your sides. Keep your feet touching each other. None of your magnetic energy will go out from you while you maintain this position.
Avoid dominating stares: If someone tries to dominate you by gazing intently into the eyes, do not attempt to return gaze for gaze, because you may not overcome it. Instead, look steadily at the spot just at the bridge of their nose, between the inner ends of the eyebrows. If you are merely dealing with an ordinary bully, you will immediately have the upper hand. If, however, your antagonist has knowledge of mind-power, he will not be able to dominate you, and the result will be a stalemate. Just keep your eyes on the spot and wait for him to give up his attempt.
Consecrated [through intention/prayer treatment or affirmation] bath water with salt.
New or clean clothes. Go to a new space or room or at least shift the bed on 45-degree angle.
Create a protective energy shell around yourself.
How To Repair Your Aura
Visualize Swiss cheese, with holes. See the holes closing up
Empower your hands with high vibrations. Move each hand around the other side of your body, staying close to the physical. Know that universal energy is clearing and repairing the aura. You may feel impressed to stay longer in certain areas that might need more attention.
If you are not aware of how to do it, have someone you trust implicitly to repair it for you.
Stabilize the subtle bodies - Suit-up: Pull on an invisible spandex suit – just like a marvel comics’ superhero would wear. This tightens loose subtle bodies, so they are close to the physical body, the way they were intended to be.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE BEEN ATTACKED PSYCHICALLY
Psychic attacks are very few and far between. These days we tend to think of negative energy as a psychic attack. But that is not the case. A true psychic attack is much fiercer and more problematic, causing sickness, mental problems, and such…
Clear the atmosphere of the environment
Ritual: Any act performed with intention becomes a rite. [by doing any kind of physical thing, such as taking a bath, have in mind the thought of ritual cleanliness, so that the effect extends beyond the physical plane. Doing these things also can clear etheric conditions, and clear astral conditions. The imagination is a very potent weapon in all spiritual operations.
Physical objects can be saturated by etheric vibration and will retain them for a certain period of time. So the objects in a person’s space may be affected with negative energies if that person is in a kind of psychic attack.
Saucers of vinegar and salt around the room or area in question.
Nitric acid, diluted.
Break contact with any forces that are causing interference, such as people, places, things…
Protecting your energy
While using these methods, it’s always better to avoid alcohol and drug use and maintain your physical body by eating nourishing food regularly.
