My spirit guides are like life coaches. I get “well, how do you feel about that?” And “You should listen to your intuition and follow the path your soul is guiding you to follow”. Oh, and the “You are surrounded by many angels that are there for you if needed”. However, no matter what I read each day, some things being repetitive, I get the answers I need. 😇

Very interesting situation on your video. How does one come back to their body after being blasted? This really resonated. I feel like I have spent several years floating and dissociated. And I feel like I’m finally trying to get back to my body, but I’m not actually really sure how to

🌀 It will take dedication. Are you fully committed to it? Thanks for the question.

* Drink water, pure, unadulterated water.

* Eat all natural foods, the ones that were grown in your area and not sprayed with pesticides. (think fresh, not frozen or canned apples, strawberries, lettuce, broccoli, etc.) Be mindful of chewing and the texture of the food, how it feels when you swallow.

* Spend much time outside barefoot in the dirt or grass, around trees, etc.

* Yoga or meditation while focusing on Self. (Talking to yourself and your spirit guide, stating that you are now wishing to reintegrate with the physical.)

* Breathing fully and exhaling fully.

* Go through your mail and organize papers.

* Being physical.

* Basically, getting back to all the natural things you do (your body does). These are the things your Spirit jumped (or was blasted) out of.

Keep track of your progress, as some things will work better for you than others. Keep me up-to-date on your progress! ❤️

I really appreciate you taking the time to write up this response; I will give these a try. Many I do —or have done, but I can confidently say, not consistently or as a recurring practice. I would like to practice more, and will try to integrate these on a more regular basis, thank you again ✨

Thanks so much for sharing. When you say - connect to the body - I totally get what you mean. I know when I am in my body and present and when I am not. But it feels almost counterintuitive to say that being connected is being ‘in the body’, when we are spiritual beings. Does that make sense?

Hi Liz, and thanks for the comment. I totally do understand what you are saying! The thing is that we are currently body/mind/spirit, a triune being. (That's one of the agreements we made before becoming third dimensional.) So all three aspects of who we are, need to be in sync. We can still operate without full connection of all parts. But the life we are living would not be complete. Everything would be a little off, so to speak. Thanks again, maybe there is another article topic brewing from your comment? ❤️
