Subconscious belief that you are not good enough.

Self-Sabotage
So, guess what? This topic of self-sabotage is something I’ve been grappling with forever! I imagine you have been, too.
I became acutely aware of the concept many years ago. Around 1975, in fact. My sister-in-law told us about a book called Three Magic Words (U. S. Andersen). Basically, the book is about the unlimited power of the subconscious mind.
There is a lock that is put upon us (our minds) after we are born. It is the lock of society, family, career, religion and self - even though in a loving concern for us to be safe. When we learn how to unlock the subconscious latch to this closed thinking, the world of possibilities appears.
Your subconscious mind is not aware of anyone else but you. (I know! What a revelation.) It has no concept of consciousness other than your own. When we criticize others or find fault, our mind thinks we are speaking about ourselves. That’s why it’s so important to become aware of the power of our words. Because often our words and feelings that are directed outwardly towards others can boomerang and cause havoc in our own lives.
We do these things unconsciously. The majority of people do not realize that their thoughts and words are influencing and imprinting their own minds.
The book, Three Magic Words, helps us to realize that subconscious is the fuller divine being. The only agent or driving force is thought. It links us to the creative force, All That Is. And that is what is called the Universal Subconscious Mind. Every living soul is part of it.
This creator (your mind) will create for you exactly what you think. What you think about yourself, yes. But also, what you think about others. All the judgments you make about what that girl is wearing, why he is walking across the road (not in a crosswalk), why is that mother letting her child act up in the store, and judgments about world events. All these outside thoughts about the world and the people in it, are creating in Your World for You!
There is a cause. There is a reason. There is a power fuller than your single mind, that you are a part of, that you can use to make your life good and great and vigorous and full of health and abundance. It will work in your favor if you feed it positive thoughts. But will also work against you if the food-thoughts are negative.
This adventure of ours, this life we live, has caught us in the miracle of all creation. We create by our thought and our desire. How precious are the chambers of thought within us. Whatever we think is visited upon us in this world. Learning how to think and how to love, how to create through the use of Universal Mind are the main businesses of our lives. According to how we learn these laws all things come to us.
Every thought we think, every desire we have, every mood we invite, each emotion we undergo is projected into the great creative substance of the Universal Subconscious Mind to be manifested in the world about us. What a responsibility!
Are You Sabotaging Yourself?
All self-sabotage is born from the misbelief that we are less-than or not good enough. You may believe you do not deserve and are not worthy of love, happiness and abundance.
The subconscious mind can be reprogrammed, and every single day, it is. By the way that we live and think, we are telling our inner being what we really believe in.
Maybe you did not know about the Universal Subconscious Mind. Maybe you did not realize that everything you think - about yourself and others - is believed by your subconscious mind.
But NOW, you know. Now, you have been given thought-revealing information. Now you can be a co-creator of your world.
Life Affirming Affirmation
I know the ever-expansive, Universal Subconscious Mind dwells within me. I allow the truth of this power to be revealed to me, and may I work in accord with it. All things proceed from thought, and thought is the first cause for all things. Whatever I choose to think becomes real in my life. So, I choose to think only positive, life- affirming thoughts.

A mentor of mine use to say, that our unconscious minds do not have a sense of humor. I couldn't agree more with that statement and your post. Thanks for this.
