This may seem like a silly question. I never know who to ask for help. I have been told I need to ask for it but when i do I’m never sure who to direct it to - God? My Spirit Guides? Angels? Ancestors? Often I just say “whoever can help me” LOL
Hi MsJamie! This is a normal question and I'm glad you asked. I'll tell you what I have always done. I ask to speak to my main guide. And then I ask the question. Then, that guide will either help you directly, or pass it out to one that is more capable (best choice of words?) like your Ancestors or Angel. That way the Guide is always 'in charge' and can help in the best way. Hope that helps.
