Insider Tips for Intuition Expertise
Sometimes ‘knowing that you know’ is not enough. You might want to understand how to do it on a more regular basis.
Intuition is a natural ability that everyone has but rarely use. It comes to us in a natural way. The subconscious gathers information all during your life. And is stored there for future use. The more you connect to it, the more readily it can be accessed.
The subconscious is not just a storage unit. It replays information that relates to everyday living. It is meant to be available as you need it. ~ a way to enhance your moment-to-moment experience.
Logic is not always the best answer to a question. It could be that inner guidance is the correct expectation. Listen, and you will hear it (see it, feel it, know it).
Intuition is not normally taught to us. Being able to identify intuitive sensations, for example, is not in line with traditional teaching. (But it should be.)
An intuitive sense can be much more subtle than the logical way to do something. But after you learn some tips to recognize it, you’ll see how strong it really is.
That gut feeling that guides you in a positive direction is easier to connect with than you might think.
These 7 Steps will guide you to know your intuitive system.

Try Minding Your Own Intuitive Promptings
It’s always difficult to trust your inner guidance. That is, if you’re worried about social judgment or the opinion of family and friends. If other people’s opinions are important to you, and you filter everything through the perception of others, then your inner guidance will be confusing and difficult to recognize. You should never allow others to influence your preferences or choices.
Test the Waters - Allow Mistakes, Learn to Recognize
The more you trust (what you think is) your intuition, and act on it, the easier it will be to feel confident in it. You will know the positive prompts that come in true intuitive knowledge. Soon your intuition will feel more natural. Are You Comparing Yourself to Others?
Do you realize how unique you are? But every time you expect to be just like someone else, you devalue your own abilities. Each person is different and how they receive intuitive information will be different - uniquely your own style.Take Some Down Time
The more you are in the present moment, the easier it is to connect with your intuition. Slow your roll, spend some time just chilling, you know, allow yourself to flow.Be Still
Allow you mind to ‘take five’. Certainly, you have a few minutes to do nothing and rest your thinking. Consider meditating for a few minutes. It won’t hurt you!See, Feel, Sense
I see what you’re saying. I hear you. These are a couple ways you might be experiencing the world. So, you might ‘see’ intuitively. Or ‘hear’ intuitively. Or ‘feel’ intuitively. (See what I mean?)Inspiration Creates Intuition
Many times, you can be inspired to do something. The more you follow that inspiration, the more you open to intuition. They are cousins to each other.
Taking it slow and focusing on your subconscious thoughts, you will open yourself to special information that has been gathered for you to use in the moment. You will ‘know that you know’.
