Are You Now in a New World?
Are crazy things happening to you? Are other people acting out like a spoiled child and making it your fault? Do you witness life and scratch your head wondering what in the world is happening? Energy Shifts and Changes are affecting people these days.
When I’ve given consultations, Energy Shifts and Changes present like this:
It’s like I’m looking at you (during the consultation) but seeing beyond you into another place, as if you are infused into this other —?-- not sure what to call it.
Just know, that you have power during this strange time. You have the ability now, to transform your life (world) into something else. Just imagine what it is that you really have been striving for all along.
There has been a lot of shifting. Energy fields and dimensional shifts. Parallel universes and just plan time jumping. The macrocosm is shaking. All energy is wabbling.
It’s enough to spin your head! Believe me, I know this sounds unreal. But the intel I’m getting from my spirit guide troop tells me that there really is a lot of shifting going on. Let me see if I can decipher some of it to make sense.
Sometimes I get ‘downloads’ from Spirit. And it takes some time for it all to filter through my conscience.
We are each going through our own ascension. This can be a simple shift and upgrade in how you process your life. Or it can be a full-fledged movement into another (higher) energy.
When this is happening, you may feel pulled to stay where you are, resist the change. (Being bullheaded?) But when you get the stubborn feeling and refuse to change, take a deep breath, and release. Allow the shift to happen. Cause it will happen. But it probably will be more difficult on you if you resist. Allowing the shift to happen is so much easier.
Just know that when these odd feelings occur, and you are experiencing changes, you are in the space to let something special happen.
Bring in the positive feelings. Remember what it was like to ride a roller coaster at the age of 12, loving every wild moment.
Let go and let the ride begin!
YIN/YANG Question and Answer Forum
Q/ I can’t seem to sleep some nights. My mind just keeps thinking about everything. Do you have any tips?
A/ Wow, I sure can relate to this question. There are some nights that my mind definitely works overtime. No matter what I do, I can’t seem to relax and stop thinking. This is related to anxiety. The mind is the first to recognize it and will act up to get your attention. Try these things: Go with it. Sit up in bed, propped up with pillows and just honor the journey. Or get up and drink a soothing tea, such as chamomile. Or fidget with a finger game, knit, crochet or write letters (longhand with pen and paper). Let me know if it works!

Are You Becoming Psychic?
(A spinoff from last week’s Yin/Yang Q/A)
So many of us want to develop a reliable way of using psychic abilities in regular everyday life. You may also want to be able to incorporate it in business and/or your creative life. But usually, what you get comes in spurts when you least expect it. So how does a novice enhance that ability to use when called upon? If this is your question, then you must be ready to take control of your own development. How do you do that, you ask? Let me share some of my thoughts and tips.
Your spirit guides are constantly feeding you information. Their job is to always be there for you and assist you in your life. So, incoming information is always there. The problem is, you might not always be available to access that information: you might not know what to do, or how it feels, to "tune-in" to what is being given to you.
I’ve taught psychic development for many years. So, I can share some of the information to get you started. Everything worth doing starts with a few moments of quiet. Slow breathing allows your ego-mind a chance to slow down and open to creativity and imagination. (Dare I call this meditation? Don’t let it scare you! It really is the most natural form of expression we have as human beings) This creates a space that you become physically calm, mentally quiet, but are still aware.
Find a place in your home you can use every day. Set aside 10-20 minutes. Believe me, this 20-minute set is well worth the time spent! Sit in a comfortable place...make sure your back is straight to support your head and body. Focus on your breath. It is something you do naturally, so why not?
Take your time and pay attention to your breathing. Count on your inhale, 1-2-3. Hold for a second. Then count on the exhale, 1-2-3. Hold for a second. Gently continue with this type of breathing. After you practice this method for several days, or even a week, you will notice your body kind of gets sluggish or numb. That’s alright.
Just pay attention to it. Then you might realize that your hand or fingers have moved without you doing it. This is a sign that you are fully engaged with your Higher Self (and Spirit Guides) and open for communication.
You now can pose questions, for example: What will be the result of my job interview? or, Should I move to another city? There is no limit as to the kind of question you can ask. It could be personal, about a situation, or a universal idea: tell me about the concept of love.
At first, you may not recognize any change. Or you may feel a sensation like being cold or hot, or a nervous feeling. You may see colors in your mind's eye. Or hear thoughts in your head. Any subtle sensation or vision (even if you think it is your imagination) is important to acknowledge. They may seem insignificant at the time. But you are dealing with another level of awareness - a much more subtle level. After all, it is not the physical dimension, it is a finer, lighter dimension.
Important: After 10-20 minutes of this meditative state, change your focus back to the physical. Be purposefully aware of your earthly surroundings. Be grounded back in your body. Always be back in the present, physical awareness.
Tip: Keep a journal next to you during this meditation. Always jot down what your thoughts were. How did you feel? Did you see anything in your mind's eye? Were there any sounds? These are things that will help you recognize even the smallest bit of information. By recognizing these things, it will help you grow in the next sitting. This short exercise will help you open and access information as you wish to have it, on demand. Instead of only getting things by default when you least expect it.
Be consistent. You must be dedicated to this meditative practice. It allows you to become familiar with the subtle energies of your Higher Self. And it gives your mind the experience of and getting into the habit of being available to receive what your guides are always sending you. The association and bond you form with this meditation is priceless but can only be reached with dedication.
